The NRP is a specialized home care training program that bridges the gap between education and experience for newly graduated nurses.
Program features:
• Fully paid 24-month program
• Competitive base salary with
10% increase after 6 months
(plus sign-on bonus $$)

procedures
• Shadow field training
• Classroom activities
Requirements:
• Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
• Recently licensed grad
• NYS RN license and registration
• Car and driver’s license required for all boroughs –except Manhattan
