Lunar New Year

Although Lunar New Year was celebrated on the 22nd of January, we would love to celebrate with you all as well! The Lunar New year is the celebration of the arrival of spring and the first beginning (new moon) of the Lunar solar calendar. It’s a time when families are reunited and spend time together to enjoy the festivities of the new year with food, gifts, red envelopes, and good spirits. We hope to bring SEAS, and others who wish to join, together for this celebration. We are going to be playing new year mini games and bingo. We are going knot bracelets, wish making, writing letters, and giving out big prizes!! We will also have having traditional chinese food such as sichuan style spicy fish, udon noodles, beef and broccoli, vegetable spring rolls, cookies, and much more!
