Thriving on Campus: Black Professional and Student Perspectives
Event Actions
A forum for Students and Professionals to discuss the experience of Black students in higher education. All community members are welcome to attend.
As a part of our Black History Month programming, We want to offer our campus community the opportunity to speak and be heard about their experiences on campus and in higher education.
The event will feature a short presentation on the history of access to higher education for Black students in America, a panel of students, faculty, and staff sharing their perspectives on the present state of higher education, and finally an open forum for all attendees to share their experiences and their hopes for the future.
