Drive-In Movie Night Fundraiser: A League of Their Own

Light refreshments are included with your ticket while supplies last! Feel free to bring additional food and beverage to consume in your vehicle.

Pink baseball hats will be provided to the first 200 people who attend.

Tickets must be purchased in advance, and each ticket is per car:

• $10 students
• $35 staff and volunteers
• $45 general admission

This event is sponsored by the Adelphi Student Activities Board and the Commuter Student Organization along with the Adelphi NY Statewide Breast Cancer Hotline & Support Program.

Sponsorship Levels

“Executive Producer” $5,000

• Large logo displayed on signage (A-frame) the day of the event.
• Recognition during welcome remarks and with a large logo displayed during the pre-film slide show.
• Full-color large logo displayed on the event webpage with a link to the company website.
• Social media promotion with tags, posts, mentions (1x week in September).
  *1x a week after receiving sponsorship payment until the date of the event.
• Company to be listed as a top sponsor in the event press release
  (payment must be submitted by Wednesday, August 31, 2022).

“Director” $2,500

• Medium sized logo displayed on signage (A-frame) the day of the event.

Funds raised will enable the Adelphi NY Statewide Breast Cancer Hotline & Support Program to provide licensed social work services and programs for individuals who are recently diagnosed as well as long term survivors, and allow us to provide health workshops, referrals for mammography screenings and more.
