Leadership Certificate Program: “Knowing Yourself: Using Myers Briggs to Define Your Leadership”
Event Actions
Are you an introvert or an extrovert? Do you rely on facts or intuition? Do you like rules and deadlines or endless flexibility? And how does all of this affect your leadership style? Join us for “Knowing Yourself: Using Myers Briggs to Define Your Leadership” and find out more about your leadership style and how you can best work with others. It is highly encouraged for students to complete the TypeFocus assessment before the session, although it is not required. You can register and complete the assessment here by clicking the green REGISTER button and following the prompts. After the workshop, if you would like to setup an appointment to discus your assessment results more in-depth, you can email careercounselor@adelphi.edu.
The Leadership Certificate Program (LCP) offers Adelphi undergraduate and graduate students opportunities to develop leadership and professional skills. Participants attend workshops on a wide variety of topics during the course of the year. There will be a mix of in-person and virtual workshops, with at least six offered each semester.
