Leadership Certificate Program: Relational Leadership Model

Calling all student leaders! Are you looking to build more positive relationships within your student organization? Are you hoping to attract higher quality members? Join Chelsea Lombrozo, San Diego State University’s Assistant Director for leadership programs, to learn tips on how to enhance your leadership skills as she guides you through the components of the Relational Leadership Model.

The Leadership Certificate Program (LCP) offers Adelphi undergraduate and graduate students opportunities to develop leadership and professional skills. Participants attend workshops on a wide variety of topics during the course of the year. There will be a mix of in-person and virtual workshops, with at least six offered each semester.
