Mardi Gras Celebration
Event Actions
Although Mardi Gras is often considered to be a secular festival, it remains a Catholic tradition; it is a final day of indulgence before Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent (the liturgical season of fasting, prayer, and almsgiving). Since Mardi Gras is celebrated by Catholics around the world, there are countless cultural delicacies to choose from for this celebration. This event is open to all Adelphi undergraduate students.
