This will be a mixed didactic/interactive workshop on deconstructing the norms of leadership (as we’ve traditionally seen it in the United States) and reconstructing a model that promotes social justice, individuality and liberation.

About the Presenter:
Adetoro Adegbola is the Diversity & Inclusion Lead at Etsy HQ in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Prior to joining Etsy, Addy served as Director for the Office of Diversity & Inclusion at NYU School of Medicine. She graduated from the Steinhardt School for Culture, Education and Human Development with a Masters in Higher Education Administration and worked in Student Diversity Affairs for over 8 years.
