Alumni and Community Forum: Understanding the COVID-19 Vaccine: Myths, Facts and New York’s Distribution Plans

We recognize there are many questions surrounding New York state’s evolving plans for phased distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine.

We developed an online FAQ with the latest information and answers, and we continue to update this resource as new information becomes available and in response to questions from our community.

If you are unable to join us for the live forum, we will post a recording on our Vaccination Information webpage, under the FAQs section of our COVID-19 resource webpage.

The forum will include a Q&A session (via chat) following presentations of the latest information. You may also submit a question in advance of the forum through the registration page or by emailing Katie Grant at kgrant@adelphi.edu.

We will make every attempt to answer as many questions as possible during the forum and will continue to update our online FAQs to address questions and concerns.
