Gender Bias and Title IX (Diversity Certificate Workshop)

The Gender Bias workshop explores gender stereotypes and bias (both conscious and unconscious), with particular emphasis on Title IX.
The workshop focuses on such issues as gender bias in the workplace and classroom and provides an overview of the federal law, as well as its history and implications in higher education.
This workshop is offered as part of the Adelphi University Diversity Certificate program for faculty and staff.

Prerequisites: Diversity and Cultural Competence in Higher Education and Addressing Racism You must complete these prerequisites before participating in this workshop.
