The Diversity and Cultural Competence in Higher Education workshop provides an overview and rationale for the importance of promoting diversity and cultural competence in higher education.
The workshop addresses issues related specifically to race, ethnicity, gender, class and intersectionality.
This workshop is offered as part of the Adelphi University Diversity Certificate program for faculty and staff.
