Safe Zone Training

We are providing Safe Zone Training to all AUSNA members on October 27th and 29th, from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. The program is 1.5 hours for both days and you must attend both sessions. These will be virtual sessions provided in collaboration with Adam Visconti, our Associate Director of Residential Life and Housing, and Anna Zinko the Director of the Center for Student Involvement. This program also provides you with credit for your organization’s requirements.
This is the first in a series of educational programs to promote the education of nursing students in facilitating conversations and understanding health disparities of the LGBTQ+ community as part of the grant we were awarded.
As part of your attendance, you will be entered into a raffle for Amazon Gift Cards.
