Juanita Hotchkiss, M.S.W. ’15, used personal struggles and classroom training as a springboard for relief efforts in Queens, NY, after Hurricane Sandy. She then launched Hudson Valley Neighbors Helping Neighbors to expand her charitable networking. Armed with her master’s in social work and a dedication to helping others, she is driven to increase her involvement in community organizing.
