Office Assistant in the Office of High School and Pre-College Programs.
Megan Mazza is an Office Assistant in the Office of High School and Pre-College Programs.
Megan is a Senior English major with a concentration in Creative Writing. She is also in the STEP program for adolescent education. Her goal is to go to graduate school in the MFA program, earn her Masters in Creative Writing, and become an author.
Megan is also an Admission Ambassador (tour guide), and a Commuter Assistant. She is involved in the Commuter Student Organization, Newman Club, Debate Club, the English Honor Society, and Sonnet 155, which is the literary magazine on campus.
In her free time, Megan enjoys writing, listening to music, watching Netflix (Doctor Who, Sherlock, Supernatural, Castle and Merlin), and hanging out with friends. She enjoys reading a little bit of everything, but some of her favorites read are John Green, Shakespeare (she took an entire course devoted to him), Oscar Wilde, and Suzanne Collins.
Megan’s favorite season is Autumn, and not because of the pumpkin spice latte (she actually prefers apple over pumpkin). There are four main reasons that Autumn is her favorite season: her birthday, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and the most important, the start of the hockey season! Megan is a huge NY Rangers fan.
