What is the mysterious structure being constructed across from Adelphi’s Manhattan Center?
Rumors have swirled, but New York public radio station WNYC has reported that the massive, tentlike building is going to host a public engagement effort called “Transition Talk.” The purpose of the non-partisan project is to give ordinary New Yorkers the chance to lend their voice to the mayoral transition.
