He will soon be promoted to Residential Computer Associate based on his exemplary on the job performance.“On the Help Desk Chris is a highly effective assistant who constantly strives to provide exceptional customer service to all faculty, staff and students. He is always happy to spend time with someone needing that little extra tech support and training.”
“Chris is an enthusiastic, energetic worker. He has improved his customer service skills which warrant his promotion to RCA. Always willing to learn new tasks to improve his knowledge, he is a joy to work with.”
“I would like to nominate Chris for his professionalism and determination in supporting the IT Help desk. Chris has come along way since he started working in IT. Chris is reliable and a person that you can call on when things get hectic. “
“Chris is always looking for ways to go above and beyond at work. He consistently finds new things to learn about, whether it is information that will be beneficial to all the workers as a solution, or just to keep himself knowledgable of solutions without needing to wait for a fulltimer so that he may be quick and concise on the phones. He is always looking for something to do to help further us as well. He has helped with the creation of some of our IT tutorial videos, as well as the work he did this summer to help us improve Footprints categorizing. Chris also does a fantastic job with customer service. He goes above and beyond to help the customer avoid future issues before they happen. He is a role model to our newer workers and is always willing to teach them anything they need to know while working at the Help Desk with him.”
