She is excited about continuing her work in the theatre, but is also very passionate about beginning a career in TV and film.
Alix Golden was born in Oklahoma City 22 years ago. Soon after her birth, she pledged her allegiance to the theatre and has not looked back. Alix first realized her passion for acting in the fifth grade during a school production of Willy Wonka. She wanted to play Veruca, but was cast as Mrs. Gloop. Horrified and disappointed, she bravely forged ahead. During the first performance, as soon as she spoke her first lines in a German accent and heard the audience’s laughter, she knew. There was only one thing she wanted to do with her life—to be an actress. After high school, she made the pilgrimage to New York where she has studied at the American Theatre Wing’s SpringboardNYC summer intensive. She also attended the British American Drama Academy in Oxford. She is excited about continuing her work in the theatre, but is also very passionate about beginning a career in TV and film.
