Since its founding in Brooklyn in 1896, Adelphi has been transforming to reflect the times. Changing as the world changes. Applying new knowledge. Adopting new perspectives. Growing to meet our students’ needs.
Throughout this year, we’ll hold events that showcase the stories and the people that have made Adelphi what it is today—a university with students from 42 states and 61 countries, and more than 118,000 alumni—and how we’re looking to tomorrow. From 57 students in 1896 to the largest number of first-year applications in our history—more than 15,800—Adelphi has always looked to tomorrow. Jump in and join our yearlong party.
